[BREAKING]Qatar 2022 World Cup Draw: Messi Faces Lewandowski As Ghana Face Ronaldo's Test In Group Stage
32 nations involved in the 2022 World Cup, 29 of which are currently known, were drawn into eight groups of four. The remaining three teams are still yet to be determined.
Two of the remaining three spots will be filled by the winners of the Intercontinental Play-offs on 13 or 14 June, with the final berth determined by Path A of the European qualifying play-offs, in which Wales will face off against either Scotland or Ukraine in the final.
Lionel Messi's led Argentina will face Robert Lewandowski's Poland while Cristiano Ronaldo will face Manchester United teammates Edinson Cavani as Portugal are being drawn against Uruguay in the group phase.
Here is the full draw of the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup;
Group A: Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal, Netherlands.
Group B: England, Iran, USA, Europe Playoff.
Group C: Argentina, Saudi Arabia,Mexico, Poland.
Group D: France, IC Play-off 1, Denmark, Tunisia.
Group E: Spain, IC Play-off 2, Germany, Japan.
Group F: Belgium, Canada ,Morocco, Croatia.
Group G: Brazil, Serbia, Switzerland, Cameroon
Group H: Portugal, Ghana, Uruguay, Korea.
The match schedule will be confirmed after games have been assigned to a stadium and kick-off time for each matchday. The World Cup itself will take place between 21 November and 18 December 2022, with the group stage lasting 12 days and featuring four matches per day.
